Service Description

Ecstatic dance is the practice of listening to and trusting the body's purest inclinations through free-form movement to music. Through this one-on-one or group intensive, learn more about your essential self and commune with the sacred with every part of your being. Individuals of all spiritual backgrounds and abilities are welcome and will be accommodated. In-person and virtual sessions are available. In-person sessions take place at Denver-area dance studios. I offer consultations over Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, Google Meet, FaceTime, and via phone call.
