Service Description

Body Discernment is a practice developed by Fratres Dei Spiritual Direction Founder Rachel A. Parsons, MA. It is a synthesis of research-based somatic practices designed to fully integrate the body into spiritual growth and discernment. Those who practice Body Discernment report a clearer sense of direction and an awakened awareness of their bodies. Body Discernment provides the opportunity to listen to your body deeply and lovingly and to further navigate the mystery of your physical and spiritual makeup. Rachel offers initial sessions over Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, Google Meet, FaceTime, and via phone call. Subsequent sessions are held at her office in Denver, over video chat or the telephone, or outdoors.
